Refund & Cancellation Policy – i1SPORTS

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products, subscriptions, services, and event registrations sold by i1SPORTS.

1. Digital Products (Magazines, E-books, PDFs, Guides)

All digital products purchased from i1 SPORTS are non-refundable because:

  • They are delivered instantly
  • They cannot be returned or withdrawn

Please review product details before purchasing.

2. Online Courses / Workshops / Webinars (If Applicable)

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • The user has not accessed more than 10% of the course
  • A refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase

Once accessed or downloaded, the product becomes non-refundable.

3. Event Registration Fees (Sports Events Organized by i1 SPORTS)

For tournaments, seminars, workshops, or sports events:

Refunds are allowed only if:

  • The user cancels 48 hours before the event
  • The event is cancelled by the i1 SPORTS

Refunds are NOT allowed if:

  • You fail to attend
  • You cancel last-minute
  • You provide incorrect registration details

If the event is postponed, the registration is either carried forward automatically or will refund on request.

4. Subscription Services (If You Offer Monthly/Yearly Plans)

  • Users may cancel anytime, but refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle.
  • Future billing cycles will be paused after cancellation.

5. Duplicate or Wrong Payment

If a user is charged twice due to a technical error:

  • The extra amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days after verification.

6. Payment Failures

If payment gets debited but order is not received:

  • The amount is usually reversed automatically by the bank within 5–7 working days.
  • Users may contact us for support.

7. How to Request a Refund
